How do I book?
We send a direct, secure Housy payment link with everything pre-filled. You pay online and the booking is confirmed.
Are there long-stay rates?
Yes: 7+ nights 15% off, 28+ nights 30% off.

Where is Casa Museo?
Tv. 41 #73-42, Laureles, Medellín. 5-min walk from First and Second Park, surrounded by cafés and restaurants.
Do you have parking?
No private parking. Paid options 2 blocks away and limited free street parking out front (first-come).
How do I get from the airport?
MDE airport: 45 min via the Oriente Tunnel. Uber/DiDi/Cabify work great.
Check-in & house rules
What are check-in / check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
Is check-in self-service?
Yes. Before arrival we send access code, address and full instructions on WhatsApp.
Do you accept pets or children?
No pets. The space is designed for couples and adult travelers; it is not ideal for small children.
Are parties allowed?
No. Casa Museo is in a residential area; calm gatherings at low volume are fine, parties are not.
Payments & cancellations
How do I pay?
Up-front via the secure Housy link. International cards accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
100% refund up to 14 days before check-in. 50% refund up to 7 days before. Non-refundable after.
Are taxes included?
It depends. Foreign visitors on a tourist visa of up to 60 days are exempt from the 19% Colombian VAT on lodging (Decree 297/2016). Colombian residents pay full VAT. The exact total is itemized on the Housy Host checkout page before you confirm.
I am a foreigner — do I get a VAT refund?
It is not a refund — it is an automatic exemption at checkout. You need a valid passport, an entry stamp into Colombia, and a stay of 60 days or less. Housy Host applies the exemption when verifying your document.
