This is the base policy for direct bookings through https://casamuseolaureles.com. If you booked via Airbnb or Booking, the policy of that channel applies.
1. Early-cancellation refunds
- 14 or more days before check-in: 100% refund.
- Between 7 and 14 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before or no-show: non-refundable.
2. Date changes
Subject to availability and to the rate difference for the new dates. For changes, message us on WhatsApp at +57 311 733 7110 with at least 7 days notice.
3. Force majeure
For verified medical emergencies and other force-majeure events, contact us as soon as possible. We don’t guarantee a refund but we’ll work toward the best solution.
4. Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event we must cancel your booking for operational reasons, we’ll notify you as early as possible and refund 100% of the paid amount, or offer a unit of equal or better category.
5. Refund processing
Refunds are processed via the original payment method through Housy Host / Hostaway. Typical crediting time is 5–10 business days.
